A home for slum children,
street children and domestics who are provided with Education, Nutrition, and
other facilities.
Vocational Training in the form of Sewing Classes conducted at two centers for
women and dropouts afford them a Certificate enabling them to earn a livelihood.
The contribution of generous donors helps towards the financing of this project

2. Prem Dan -
Social Service Center
(Kharghar - Navi Mumbai)
A Hostel for orphaned girls,
homeless working girls, children of Alcoholic parents or Drug Addicts, without a
decent home. The children attend local Schools and Colleges.
A Vocational Training in Computer Technology, Home Science, Tailoring and
Embroidery, Soft Toys and Candle making are provided for school dropouts

3. Convent of
Jesus and Mary (Kharghar - Navi Mumbai)
This newly opened English Medium
High School in the vicinity, serves the needs of the incoming population of New
Bombay and some of the children of Prem Dan.
As Kharghar is a fast developing town, the School will soon get its numbers to
make it viable.

4. Convent of
Jesus and Mary - St. Agnes'
is
an English-medium, SSC aided school established in 1900. The motto “Excelsior”
gives impetus and motivation to always strive to do the best. The school aims at
an integrated formation of the pupils in keeping with individual needs and the
changing world of today.

5. Convent of
Jesus and Mary - St. Margaret's Training College
One of our
oldest institutions approximately 110 years, catering to Teacher Training for Primary grades. It is
affiliated to the Anglo-Indian Board of Education New Delhi and the Maharashtra
Board for the conduct of Examinations.
The two-year course lends
itself to a fairly integrated curriculum of theory and practice with special
focus on creativity and audio-visuals

A Government aided institution
open to children of all castes and creeds serves the mentally challenged child.
A regular school schedule with specialized help for personal development is
followed. Handicraft and physical education take prime place.

Jesus and Mary - St. Anne's - Fort
Many of our JM Schools
established prior to Independence, were pioneered by a French, English, Spanish,
irish and American Sisters - Each were stalwarts in their own way and have
contributed greatly to JM Education in India.
CJM popularly known as Fort
Convent dates back to 1855. A government aided secondary school, following the
SSC system of Education.

Besides academics, the school
conducts various activities and celebrates several significant days and
festivals.

8. CONVENT OF
JESUS AND MARY - MAROL
The Community is committed to Pastoral service in the Parish of St. John the
Evangelist.
Sisters are engaged in the Ministry of Education, besides Youth work, Family
Apostolate,
Faith Formation through Sunday School and Adult Catechesis. The S.C.C. is a
regular feature in the Diocese, providing ample scope for Parish Activity and
deepening of the Faith.
The Sisters have a group of 16 members of the Family of Jesus and Mary who are
their Lay Collaborators.
9. Convent of
Jesus and Mary - St. Bede's Primary School - Vasai
An English Medium Co-ed Primary
School, which is in the near future, will be housed in a new building with a few
more facilities.
