The Khandala Convent was established in 1901 and the Convent Villa also known as Bombay House in 1932. The old cottage was demolished and a Retreat House [ House Of Prayer] was begun in 1975. A Boon for our Province – The two
houses serve various groups of religious, laypersons, youth and families. Since
it is open to all, there is much demand for retreats, orientations, conferences,
Camps and relaxation. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, especially the
Rosary Garden and in a homely atmosphere many enjoy the opportunity of
experiencing the goodness of God and protection of Mother Mary.
